Single malt maker Tenmile Distillery recently debuted its newest whiskey, Little Rest, and recently found gold in the expression.
Information from New York’s Tenmile Distillery noted that it was farmer John Dyson’s Scottish heritage and his lifelong farming practices that drove the whiskey makers to create this traditional single malt using the best local grains from the state of New York.
