Simple is good. Simple, perfect and delicious is even better.

For this week’s #tenmileinthewild Jesse Taitano of Paul Brady Wine in Beacon, NY gives us one of his go-to cocktails: The Concord Crush using Tenmile Distillery’s award winning Sinpatch Vodka.

He explains how “Sinpatch Vodka plays really well with fruity drinks. It is the perfect base spirit to highlight the grape and lime flavors correctly. Make this drink, and you’ve done something very right this week”.

Concord Crush

(Made famous at Gramercy Tavern)


2 oz Sinpatch Vodka
1.25 oz Concord grape puree
.75 oz lime juice
.25 oz simple syrup
3 lime wedges (2 for shaking, 1 for garnish)


Build whole drink in shaker tin, including two wedges for a little extra citrus and bitterness. Shake hard for ~10 seconds with ice cubes.Pour entire tin into a rocks glass, and garnish with the last wedge.
