Ingredients

1.5 oz. Listening Rock Gin
.5 oz. Rosemary simple syrup
Tonic water
Rosemary sprig

Recipe

Prepare simple syrup steeped with fresh rosemary; let cool.* Add Listening Rock Gin and rosemary syrup to tumbler packed with ice. Top with Tonic. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
*We also like Raft brand’s citrus rosemary syrup
