2 oz. Listening Rock Gin
.75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup (or Maple Syrup)
1 egg white
Soda water
Dry shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Add ice to shaker and shake again. Strain into chilled tumbler top with soda.
