2 oz. Apple cider
.25 oz. Apple cider syrup
Prepare simple syrup with equal parts water, sugar, and apple cider; let cool.* Pour all ingredients into rocks glass packed with ice. Stir. *We also like Nine Pin Cider Syrup.
