An end to a busy week requires the easiest of cocktails. And we have a great one for you, courtesy of Upper East Side charmer Sfoglia. This #tenmileinthewild cocktail is the 92ndWhy created by Johan Botma, the owner of Sflogia.
“This drink was created as a nod to the 92Y Community center across the street from us, a neighborhood icon and with whom we have a great relationship. It continues to be one of our most popular drinks to this day.”
Ingredients
1 oz. Sinpatch vodka
1 oz. St Germaine
.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
.5 oz. fresh lime juice
Top w/ Prosecco floater
Recipe
Pack a mixing glass with ice, then proceed to measure out and add all the ingredients, except for the Prosecco. Shake vigorously until chilled, strain in a chilled coupe glass. Finish the drink by adding a floater of Prosecco on top. Served neat, chilled & up in a coupe glass.
